The following amendments were made to the rules of procedure of this procurement procedure on 21 April 2011:
1) the requirement of Paragraph 3.1.1 of the Regulation (the commissioning party excludes the applicant from subsequent participation in the procurement procedure, as well as fails to examine the tender of the tenderer if violations of the regulatory enactments of environmental protection have been detected), as it does not comply with the conditions of Section 39 of the Public Procurement Law;
(2) Paragraph 4.1.1 of the Regulation is supplemented by the words “and information on the applicant (Annex 5)” after the words “Applicants' application for participation in the competition (Annex I4)”;
3) the words “and in the course of its operation no violations of the laws and regulations of environmental protection have been detected” are excluded in Paragraph 4 of Annex 4 to the Regulation.
