THE conversion of THE Maltas secondary school building received high recognition

On March 17, “Bellevue Park Hotel Riga” shows the “best building of the year in Latvia 2015”. In the nomination, the first place was awarded Maltas 1 st Secondary School and Maltas for the conversion of the upper secondary school building and the reconstruction of the total infrastructure, while the second place was built for the wound building of the Alūksne Manor building, while the third was the closed hall of the Amber concert hall. Recognition is expressed in the building of the building in Ojara Germans Street, Riga, as well as the building of the Cēsis Central Library and the Ventspils Technical School, as well as the reconstruction of the old parish house as a pre-school educational institution for Katvara parish and the reconstruction of the “Schneider Electric” electrical and electronic components plant in Riga.
The goal of the “best building of the year in Latvia 2015” is to identify and promote well-designed and built structures in Latvia in 2015, promote professional growth and quality of work in the sector, express recognition and motivate industry representatives for professional challenges. For the eighteenth time, the survey “best building of the year in Latvia 2015” is based on clearly defined quality criteria, 39 best professionals and experts who have been delegated by industry organisations participate in the evaluation of sites. This is the only competition in the construction industry in Latvia, where the performance of builders is carefully assessed by high-quality professionals according to precise criteria.
In order to promote Latvia's best constructions, the organisers of the “best building of the year in Latvia 2015” organized all Latvian children's drawing competitions “my municipality's precious stone – the new building”, the winners of which were awarded the view “best building of the year in Latvia 2015” at the final ceremony. The large screen slides also show Maltas children's drawings in which they represent their school. 
The commissioning party of the project “Maltas 1 st secondary school and Maltas 2 nd secondary school building and the reconstruction of the total infrastructure” is the municipality of Rezekne, the authors of the project: Maris Krumins, Rasa Klein (SIA SAALS), Erik Martinov (SIA Palace M). Within the framework of the project, the first body of THE Maltas secondary school is reconstructed and the simplified reconstruction of the second body has been performed. “Maltas in the framework of the secondary school total infrastructure has been built for pupils in the field of physical activity, grass events and pupil catering unit. There is also a stadium reconstruction and improvement works throughout the school area.
