Martins event at Tiskādu High School

On 10 November, the school pupils of the High School of Three School celebrated Martians. Martins or Martins is an ancient Latvian winter festival that marks the end of autumn and the beginning of winter. The pupils went into Youtras's toys, mindful of dough, scandalous songs. The warriors, whose roles included the members of the group “golden ball” – 3 rd class students, were also cheerful. During the event, class 1 pupils told a variety of Latvian people's beliefs about time observation in Martin. Class 2 pupils danced beautifully, singing the song “where you ran, the cocktail mine.” The 4 th grade pupils showed a small and exciting performance of the doll Theatre “our sētas”. Class 3 pupils were singing songs and guided the event. Each class also organized one game, preparing for Martin. At the end of the event, all the participants received delicious honey.
