Mother's Day concert in the municipality of Rezekne

On May 9, a concert dedicated to the day of the municipality of Rezekne was held, traditionally organised by the Rēzekne Rural Women's Society, Sidrabrasa. The concert was invited to Rēzekne Municipality and Viļānu. The Chief of the Sidrabrasa of the Rēzekne region, Sidrabrasa, who reminded her that Mommy was the most important one: “Mother's day at the time of natural awakening when the buds and the sun are close to their highest point in the sky.” The nature itself accuses her mother, the closest person who can be one of us in this world. '
The President OF the Rēzekne District Council OF Monvīds Švarcs, in congratulating the mothers present, noted that good, warm words should be read at all times, but that day is another opportunity for everyone to thank their mother for giving life, unconditional love, care, and support: “today we are celebrating today as well, but we must remember that without Momma we should neither have Europe nor Latvia. So let's protect and honor Mommy! '
In gratitude for organising long-term festive events on her mother's day, Monvīds Švarcs handed Rita Steel flowers.
