Looking for a novelist instructor for work in Rezekne municipality

The Youth Guard Centre shall open an open competition to
2. the position of the novelist of the Guard Division
Rezekne municipality and the city of Rezekne (1 load) for an indefinite period
Principal duties:
- organise the admission of newsguard candidates to the Youth Guard and ensure the staffing of training groups in accordance with the specifics of the newsguard programme;
- planning, organising and managing the practical and theoretical activities of young guards in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments;
- prepare the necessary documentation on the organisation of the activities (estimates, agenda, action plans etc.) in accordance with the methodological guidance;
- to carry out an analysis of the training work of the youth guard unit, to submit proposals for improvement of the learning work;
- enter information about the unit's newsguards and training group activities in the database e-class.
Requirements for applicants/s:
- compliance with the requirements referred to in Section 72, Paragraphs five and six of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child;
- higher or secondary vocational training supplemented by a 72-hour training programme in pedagogy;
- military education - at least the latest instructor course;
- experience in public administration or pedagogical work experience (not less than one year);
- military experience;
- knowledge of the laws governing the fields of interest in education;
- understanding of the public administration, the defence sector and the location of the centre of security in it;
- experience IN MS Office and other computer programs at the level required to fulfil their duties;
- a driving licence of category “B”;
- the desire to acquire the knowledge and skills required for work, to participate regularly in training activities;
- good planning and organisation skills;
- ability to work in a team.
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed the training of the latest instructor or instructor specialist at the National Armed Forces instructor school.
The position is classified at the 35 th family level II (the 9 th monthly salary group). Gross monthly salary from 673 to 1100 EURO (depending on the category determined by the professional experience of the applicant in the field obtained over the past five years and essential for the performance and qualification of the institution).
