Unbuilt, self-government-owned land unit auction
1. Auction object - non-built, land-based land unit with an area of 1.00 ha with cadastre designation 7886 007 0044. The purpose of the lease - for agricultural production purposes.
2. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
3. Auction price (EUR, excluding VAT) 28,00 (twenty-eight euro 00 cents) per year, auction step EUR 3,00 (three euro cents). The participants in the auction shall raise their registration card with a number in the bidding process. The manager of the auction shall repeat the registration number of the first bidder and determine the proposed fee. The increase of the proposed auction fee shall not be less than the auction auction, even if 1 (one) participant of the auction participates in the auction.
4. Place and date of the auction – 1 TP18T parish administration premises, kalna street 2, Sakstagals, Sakstagala civil parish, Rēzekne municipality, 19 August 2019 at noon 09:00.
5. Lease contract term - 12 years.
6. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall pay a security equal to the initial fee of the lease, i.e. EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight EUR 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 15,00 (fifteen euro cents).

The amount of the security shall be included in the “Dricānu parish association” of the municipality of Rezekne, LV57UNLA0055001287330, but the registration fee shall be credited to the unit of the unit “Sakstagala parish administration”. 8. A security shall be deemed to have been submitted if the relevant amount of money has been credited to the bank account.
