Non-formal training in Rogovka

From July 29 to August 2, the Head of the Rogovka Multifunctional Youth Initiative Centre Dina Sukkane and its activists organised non-formal training on healthy and active lifestyles. The training was financed by the Education Board of the municipality of Rezekne. They were organised in Nautrēnu for people living in parish to promote young people's right understanding of physical, mental and social well-being. Ten Nautrēnu parish young people aged 13-17 participated in training.
On the first day, young people met each other and tested their knowledge of a healthy lifestyle - a list of things that young people saw as the basis of a healthy lifestyle. To make a positive start for a week, every young man made his dream dream. For the sake of collective hunting, the first dinner was also prepared jointly.
On the second day, the young people started with delicious smells. After breakfast, the day continued with the knowledge of healthy lifestyles - a healthy, balanced diet, and the need for appropriate training. The lesson was developed and directed by Alexander and Alīna Meyer - Fitness and Bodification instructors who are working on the Jaguar Fitness sports hall every day. This day's motto was “we can!” because the training was very tiring, but at the same time very interesting, because it was possible to check his strength, strength and understand the need for the correct exercise technique. On the day of the day, young people drew together a health mandala, each putting a particle in it.
The third day was dedicated to an active holiday in which young people went excursions to the Triumnia marshal trails and the “beacon” of the watercourse development centre at Luban Lake. In the trails of the teirumnia, the young people learned interesting information about the Teirumnik lake and the flora and fauna in the swamp. The young people watched the birds, drove off with SUP boards and kayaks, and took lunch at Luban's ponds. A T-shirts and Lin bags were painted in the afternoon with the sneezing technique, under the direction of John Jurchenko.
The fourth day started with a trip to the Blisseys at Ruth Dcold. There, young people gained new knowledge of the sauna procedures and the acquisition technique, as well as being introduced to the beneficial effects of the sauna on human health. Each could shake, scrape and clean up in the bath, and refresh the pond. For lunch, young people made a soup of oxygen on a fire. After a long meal, each young man had the opportunity to prepare his purse scraps from salt and medicated plants. The night was accompanied by young people at the centre of the youth, with delicious snacks, playing various team matches and checking the known song stock.
On the last day of training, young people knew themselves deeply by filling out questionnaires with complex questions about their personality and feelings. This helped start a better understanding of themselves as emotional health is sometimes even more important than physical. At the end of the training, young people took lessons on the knowledge gained, how much they had learned, and also had the opportunity to compare their knowledge before and after training.
Young people learned the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, the information on active recreational opportunities, the understanding of various aspects of healthy lifestyles, as well as better acquainted with themselves, friendliness among themselves. While enjoying the diversity and originality of the training days, they expressed their willingness to participate in such training as well as the introduction of healthy lifestyles in their daily life.
