Declaration by public official from 15 February to 3 April for 2017

During the period from 15 February to 3 April 2018, public officials shall submit a declaration of the official official of the current year for 2017. Declarations shall be submitted electronically via THE SRS electronic declaration system (EDS). According TO the information at the DISPOSAL of THE SRS, the current annual declaration for 2017 is to be reported to 57 676 public officials.
If the EDS identifier and password assigned BY THE SRS are lost, it is no longer necessary to restore it. Both the public official's declaration and any other document can be submitted TO EDS in an interview with the internetbank properties.
In completing the declaration, after opening of the relevant section of the declaration, it is possible to obtain information which is available in the various State information systems regarding that person and is necessary for the completion of the declaration (on immovable property owned or co-owned, registered in the Land Register; on immovable properties in possession or use registered in the State information system under the supervision of the State Land Service “State Property State Cadastre Information System”; on vehicles in ownership or possession registered IN the State information system under the supervision of THE VAS “Road Traffic Safety Directorate” in the State information system “State register of vehicles and their drivers”; regarding the income received, which are declared IN THE SRS, and the data (given name, surname, kinship) regarding the spouse, parents, brothers, sisters and children available in the population register, as well as information regarding the additional occupied posts from the SRS at the disposal of THE population.
We call for this opportunity to be used in completing the declaration, but at the same time we recall that the public official is obliged to verify and, if necessary, also clarify and supplement this information.
It is recalled that the publication and non-published part of the declaration contains “other information”. It may indicate information which, at the discretion of the declarant, provides a more complete picture of the changes in the property status of a public official during the declaration period.
The declarations submitted may also be specified, but only within one month after the declaration has been made publicly available in THE public database available on the SRS website. In order to clarify the submitted declaration, the official must address THE SRS through the electronic declaration system and justify the need for clarification.
The Law on the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in Activities of Public Officials shall determine the obligation and procedures for the submission of a declaration of a State official. More information regarding what is public officials, procedures and time periods for submission of the declaration of officials, as well as the methodological and informative material (with visual instruction) regarding submission of the declaration shall be available in the section “Private persons/public officials” of THE SRS website.
