A cycle of lessons “we learn to live healthy”

The aim of the programme is to promote the development of a healthy living environment in the family and to encourage physically active lifestyles by updating the need and importance of physical activity and sport in the lives of each person and family, and to foster parents' awareness of the emotional development of the child and their needs.
The programme is designed to provide parents with support and knowledge of family emotional health and its importance in building a strong family, as well as to improve the relationship between parents and children. The person is one whole - both physical and emotional health are interconnected and equally important. Physical health, the continuous development and growth of personality, the quality of the relationship and the familiarity of the family – these values are capable of providing emotional health, which must be taken care of all life and which must be provided to their children. Each lesson sets out the theoretical information of the specific topic and provides practical tips for parents.
