End OF Dricānu youth initiative

Dricānu young people, together with the association “LOBS” and the city centre “Kukuji”, implemented the “positive” project project financed by the municipality of Rezekne, which included a video for the lives and opportunities of young people in the municipality of Rezekne. The aim of the project is to promote and develop the interest and knowledge of young people in the video filming process. At the beginning of the day, the young people took a debate in shaping the scenario and sharing roles; the second half of the day saw the reception of the video. In a one-day event, young people from 10 to 18 years of age filmed youth daily Dricans, opportunities and leisure. The film was directed by Janis Jurchenko. At the initiative of the young people, a technical video creativity was created in Dricans, where young people will be able to obtain more knowledge of video filming, script-making, assembly and other aspects of video production.
