A project of non-governmental organisations “young people” has been concluded. Action. Dialogue '

On 9 June, the last project activity and evaluation event was held for the Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) project “Youth. Action. Dialogue, which was launched on 15 February of that year. In the framework of the project, THE young people of Ozolaines and other Rēzekne novada parish took part in an interactive seminar – in the discussion“ intercultural dialogue ”, trying to“ see diversity in the objective ”, learning different new skills and complementing their knowledge in video, photo and computer training, filming and producing the videos themselves“ once two cultures met … “, as well as taking part in a cycling - expedition“ know your neighbor ”. Young people were trained and shared by the lecturers Maris Justs, Eduard Medvedev, Oscar Orlov, and Iveta Balzer. During the activities, the young people were not only familiar with each other, but also studied together the various cultural features and learned to accept the difference. During the expedition, young people, in talks with Latvians, Russians and Belarusians, learned that people were living in a friendly manner, without dividing their neighbours and friends by nationality.
For the project, we thank anyone who participated in the project as a participant, activity manager, or supporter! Thank YOU FOR Ozolmuižas, Sakstagala, Dricānu, Audriņu, Maltas and Vērēmu parish for young people and youth workers! Thank you for Kukuji, who took care that all the members of the towing expedition had bicycles.

Let us continue this project, be tolerant and tolerate others, take care of ourselves and the others. We will be friendly and not afraid of the differences in our cultures, because we all have so much.
