Closed project “Revitalisation of the buildings of the Luznava Manor complex”

Culture

The buildings located in the building area of Luznava Manor are closed – a barn, a renovation project. The renovation works were launched in autumn 2016 and were completed and put into service in the year.
The renewed barn will be a new place for the implementation of public service and cultural events – the building will be able to be used as a summer cinema hall, picnic, creative masterworkshop, exhibition, educational activities, concert and other events. The renovation of the barn will be a non-traditional, but inherently complementary site of the development of the site development of the manor complex and the facilitator, allowing not only the house of the complex, but also the other buildings. The equipment purchased in the project (projector, seating puffs and table with two beans) already provides for the possibility of organising cinema impressions, masters, concerts, lectures and other activities in the new facility.
The barn located in the building area of Luznava Manor was built in the period from 1905 to 1911, originally built as a wood barn, its structure constructed from wood on concrete foundations. The area of the barn is 204,4 m2, the building area 210,8 m2, until the commencement of renovation works served as a warehouse and a storage of various unnecessary cases. The technical condition of the barn was quite bad, but visually it was quite well in the manor building.
The reconstruction project is implemented under the European Union Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) sub-measure 19.2. “Implementation of the action under the community-led local development strategy” activities 19.2.2. “Place potential development initiatives” in the project support programme. Action of the relevant community-led local development strategy 2.1. Preserved and populated cultural history, natural heritage, improved public infrastructure – project 'Revitalisation of the buildings of Luznava Manor complex' No 16-01-AL15-a0192201-000007.
