Completion of the Rēzekne municipality's youth initiative project competition

Spring has come not only with a more sunny time, but also with creative and sporting ideas of young people in Rezekne, due to the completion of the Rezekne municipality project competition for young people on funding for youth initiative projects. In total, 29 project applications were submitted, of which 22 most topical and original funds were awarded with a total amount of EUR 7000.
Project applications are based on the ideas of various activities – the promotion of healthy and active lifestyles (adventure trips with peaks, non-formal sports activities, cyclomaratons, night-orientation competitions, tourism basis acquisition, Hiking, cycling), environmental recovery and improvement talent, as well as a talk festival, creative workshops and sports games will be organized within the Latvian centennium.
All projects supported by youth initiatives will be implemented over the period from 1 April to 1 November.
