Conclusion of the public consultation of the construction intention at Razna National Park

By decision of the Construction Board of the municipality of Rezekne of 25 January 2017 (Protocol No. 6, § 1) “regarding the necessity of public consultation of the construction intention for the object“ construction of tourism and nature trail infrastructure in Razna National Park ”, when. No. 7846 007 0150, Čornajas parish, Rezekne nov., municipality of the construction agent Rezekne municipality, tail. No 90009112679, it was decided to apply a public consultation procedure for the construction intention.
During the period from 6 February 2017 to 6 March 2017, the public consultation materials of the construction intention were located at the premises of the construction board of the municipality of Rezekne in Rezekne, in the alley of Liberation 81, in box 301 of the 3 rd floor, and were to be viewed every working day from plkst. 8.00 to 16.30 At the plot with when. No. 7846 007 0150, Čornajas parish, a building board with dimensions of 1.2 x 1.2 m was located in the municipality of Rēzekne, to which information on the construction plan was provided. The advertisement for public consultation was placed on 3 February 2017 on the municipal website www.reseknesse.lv.
During the public consultation on 16 February 2017, Čornajas parish management manager Oļegs Kvitkovskis, architect Ainars Mangulson, came to the presentation. 3 questionnaires for public opinion were completed during public consultation.
Construction plans are supported on the grounds that: in this region, the Razna National Park does not have such infrastructure, taking into account the importance of Lake Razna for the region and tourism; promote tourism development in the municipality and parish.
It was recognised that the realization of the construction intention would have a positive impact on the residents of the surrounding houses, their rights: the visibility and popularity of the village and the region will be encouraged; the environment will be arranged; there will be one rest place to spend time, as well as familiarize the Lakes of Razna.
The proposals and conditions expressed in the questionnaires for the implementation of the construction plan would not be affected by the rights and interests of the residents of the surrounding houses and the rest of Rezekne: preferably to match the architectural design of the fowls and the architectural design of the information centre; it is preferable to equip the view tower with mechanical lifting persons with reduced mobility; to provide for the regularity and safety of the site; to consider the possibility of resolving the availability of the tower environment (elevator or other solution); in the area to provide for stops; to further inform the population of the planned construction and the positive impact will be left to the surrounding area.
