Certain procedures for the reception of police station inspectors in parish

In order to better ensure public order and security, the district of Rēzekne is restored in the state police work – the head of the Rēzekne District Council, Gunārs Paškevics, was informed by the head of the Rēzekne District Council. Each parish will have its own compartment inspector, who will accept the population at certain times, twice a month, while the rest of the population are invited to call 110 or 112 for each particular situation. “Don't forget that the police are working 24 hours a day,” said MR Curkevics. On the other hand, the events organised by the police in the municipal council – discounts etc. must be announced in good time, at least two days before. In order to reduce the use of alcohol and narcotic drugs among young people, it will also be possible to continue the raids involving a representative of the police, the social service, a representative of the Orphan's Court, as well as a narcologist. The policemen also promised to provide the presence of social workers to customers who often behaved inadequately, but there was no certainty as to how such security would be provided in previously unplanned raids, the only recommendation of police management was to call the operational telephone and call a patrol group.
Aldis Saukanes, head of the Police Division of THE Rēzekne District Police Division of THE Rēzekne District of Rēzekne, reported the criminogenic situation in the municipality. 355 criminal proceedings are currently launched, 546 administrative protocols are drawn up, the most frequent violations are in alcohol intoxication and disturbances of public order, travel by road at the dark time of the day without light reflective jackets etc. Still acute is the place of trade in illegal excise goods, or the so-called točku issue – in 9 months of that year, 41 minutes of these violations are drawn up in the territory of the municipality, which are threatened by severe penalties – for example, for the storage of the kanban, the fine is from 300 euros.
Most of these točku are discovered in Maltese and Silmalas parish, while the most calm situation, according to policemen, is in small parish, such as Lendzu parish, where no report on any such violation has been received this year. Some parish leaders both argued that so far, the police have responded enormously to such signals, making it possible to wait for more than a year at the sight of the doubtful object.
