On November 3, Kaunatas in high school took place “think, do, do!”, which gathered Kaunatas, Nautrēnu and Maltas secondary students. The aim of the event was to familiarise young school young people with the joint participation in a fun and attractive orientation in the composition of mixed groups.
Young people first went into a small excursion by school, introducing classrooms, sports hall, act grass. During the competition, the pupils had to find the closest and immeasurable corner of the school and complete all the tasks in them. Looking for the entire school from the third floor to the new sports hall, the young people successfully accomplished all the tasks, such as the creation of song words for Kaunatas secondary school, the recognition of bone in the human body, the reflection of dance movements in a chaotic music accompaniment, and others. There was also a change in the rules of competition – they had to find the offices for photographs this year, the tasks were more based on creative thinking, they were allowed to visit the school internship and perform the task in it. After that, the quickest teams had a free time until the award ceremony, during which they could both get closer and tell each other about their school.
After the winners were announced, a discovery took place, there was a chance to save a moment at a coloured photo wall, drink tea, and enjoy the delicious pie and fruit.
Thank YOU FOR Maltas for high school and Nautrēnu for high school for active participation in our event! The number of visitors from these schools exceeded 30. Thank YOU FOR THE Kaunatas High School Director Alina Gendell for the honesty and permission to use the entire school during the event.
