Municipality: possibility of strengthening regional identity and national consciousness

The Rēzekne Technology Academy (RTA) and the Association of Latgalian, literature and cultural history teachers (LVLX) call for a discussion on “Prohibition of the strengthening of regional identity and national consciousness”. The discussion will take place on 19 February 2016, RTA, Rezekne, Liberation Alliance 115, Box 121. Moderator: Long Shuplinsky.
