Novo tournament in Poland

There are many sports that are not so widely known in the world, but they are popular for many. One of these is Latvian national sport - novuss. Thanks to the support and cooperation of the municipality of Rezekne, the team of disabled people and their friends' association “pulse” once again went to the Novus International Rating Tournament, THE III World Cup building between people with disabilities “Poland Cup 2018”, this time to Poland, the city of Velicca. The tournament was held on 18 March 2018, with participants from nine countries, 11 participants representing Latvia and six were also from the city of Rezekne and the municipality. In spite of the weary road, the winter weather, the bird and the 20 centimetres thick snow card in Velicka, the point totals 2 nd place between women took place in Jelena Golubeva and 3 rd place Rita Ahenthale, while Valdis Laganovskis won 2 nd place between people in wheelchairs.
We don't have an age limit, and we hope to hold an international tournament in Rēzekne in the near future.
