Hiking hiking “Just wait”

The association “urga” on 22 June 2019 at 10.00 – 14.30 organizes a hostile trip around Adamov Lake “Just wait”.
Indicative programme programme:

• Attendance and registration of participants at the Adamowa Special Inboarding School at 10:00
• Familiarisation with the history of diving, its impact on human physical condition and health
• Common warm-up
• Acquisition of basic sealing techniques
• Start-up for hiking
• Recreational pause on a half-way bathing site at the shore of Lake Adamovas
• Continuation of hoist hiking
• Heating and event closing at the Adamov Special Inboarding School at approximately 14:30

Membership fee of EUR 2,00. Children under 16 years of age and ESF project “live healthy in Rezekne District!” No. 9.2.4.2//16/1I027 for the participants of the hosting activities – free of charge.
The event participants and visitors can be photographed/filmed and photo/video can be made public for non-commercial purposes in social network accounts and may be used in promotional material.
If any of the visitors notice themselves in the event gallery and certainly don't want to make these photos publicly available, please contact the event organizer.
