THE SEA invites employers to apply for the training of the necessary staff by 5 December of that year.
The State Employment Agency (SEA) continues to accept employers' applications for the training of employees necessary for the training of the European Social Fund (ESF) project “Support for the education of unemployed persons” in the measure “training at the employer”. It is a practical training of an unemployed person lasting 6 months: the employer shall draw up the necessary specialist himself, receiving a grant from THE NVA.
Practical training shall include the acquisition of professional competence which corresponds to the professional competence of the first, second or third professional qualifications. Practical training shall not be organised in unqualified and low-skilled jobs.
Entrepreneurs, self-employed persons, as well as associations or foundations, except political parties, medical treatment institutions and educational institutions, may apply for the implementation of the measure “training at the employer”. Applications for practical training of the required employee in their NVA branch shall be submitted by 5 December of that year.
The employer must offer a newly created workplace, or the job must be vacant at least 4 months before the commencement of the practical training. After completion of the practical training, the unemployed person must continue to work on the same employer for at least three months.
How can employers apply?
Step 1.
To be completed form of applicationto be found in ON THE NVA website, and the required information must be added.
Step 2
A completed application must be submitted or sent by post to THE SEA branch in whose administrative territory the practical training is planned. Contact details of all NVA branches available ON THE NVA website.
SEA affiliate by this year 5 December the employer's application will be accepted and the Commission's session will be organised later, in which the application will be examined and the decision to approve or refuse the implementation of the practical training of the employer. On the Commission's decision, THE SEA branch will inform the employer and, if the decision is positive, invite to participate in the selection of unemployed persons for practical training and enter into a contract on the implementation of practical training.
