A new tradition - a pancake festival 2020 - was celebrated and established during the Monday festival IN Kaunatas. A regulation was drawn up and sent to all Kaunatas parish authorities and collectors in order to be successful. The regulation stated that the institution should agree on the participants' festival. A participant in a festival arrives with pre-cooked pancakes, briefly presents his work, the other institutions or collective representatives support their presence. The response was very good. The parish authorities and collectively considered not only the pancakes and the presentation, but also the visual image.
The event took part IN THE Kaunatas People's House (TN) craftsman “Runotoji”, presenting lace pancakes, Kaunatas TN folklore set “Razna” had reached the largest pancake and the smallest pancake, as well as amazed with originality in the presentation of a collective name - the name was baked in the form of pancakes. The youth centre “sails” had broken pancakes with surprises, prepared an interesting presentation. Kaunatas parish management representatives had prepared the most pancakes in terms of diversity, pleased with their presentation and imitation on the ragwriters. THE Kaunatas high school crowd presented black and very delicious pancakes, the pupils asked the attendant dough and, as in Methday, shared their beliefs. Kaunatas PII “bell” had arrived in the mask of the animals, the pancakes were very original, amused in the presentation with a self-conscious song. Kaunatas TN dancers presented several types of pancakes both with curds and eggs and potato pancakes. The original and very flavour were also additives at the pancakes.
The event included not only institutions of the institutions but also individual residents of Kaunatas parish. Inese Chudare and Anna Kukule were fanned with pumpkin pancakes, Agris Danovsky had baked the kefir pancakes, Anna Crake brought the thin pancakes, and Galina Jershaw was fired with melting pancakes. The attendants could take part in the pancake masterpiece, which was shown by the scene in Divanovsky, and could bake a waffle pancake.
There was also a variety of physical activities in the pancakes festival, playing both circus and bears and taking part in other activities. The pancakes festival was celebrated with fun and affection, both being tasting, tasting and observing traditions.
We will continue our newly established tradition and celebrate the Methday with a pancake festival. Thank everyone for their participation and support in the event.
