On the organisers of the cultural events of the municipality of Griškanas, Ināra Daugule

On 15 February, an open competition was held in the administrative premises of the municipality of Griškana parish in the event of a third round evaluation of the events of the European Council of Cultural events of Griškans parish parish, which took part in the evaluation of the Commission's President, Griškana parish social worker and Selvija Spaka, Vice-President of the Cultural House of Schelukalna, as well as the participants of the Commission - Griškana parish PII “Sprudzes” leader Svetlana Kco, the head of the Library of the Library of Griškans and the local council “Vorpeja”, head of the cultural division of the municipality of Rēzekne, Igors Isupovs, and the head of the cultural division of Rezekne council, Inara Pleixšne. In the context of the third round of the evaluation, an interview of the organiser of the organiser of cultural events of Griškanas parish was organised. Two applicants were invited to the third round: Inara Daugule and Inga Oltina.
The first interview was called for Inga Oltina, who is a teacher of the Sprudzevo village local resident, Griškana parish, a teacher, as well as an active member of several Griškans cultural houses. During the interview, the participants of the Commission had the opportunity to meet Inga's vision of the future of the Griškana parish cultural house. As one of the priorities in the activities of the cultural house, the entire family has been set up, thus strengthening the family traditions of the parish. As a mother of three children, Inga drew attention to the need for young people and children to create an environment in the parish of Griškans, in which they could act happily, actively and excitedly, in such a way as to feel belonging to the parish. During the interview, it was stressed that it was necessary to pay attention to each age group, from children to seniors. The desire for closer links between generations was expressed through the development of communication involving both adults and children and young people. In response to a question that should be first done at the event of the event organizer, Inga replied that a meeting of local cultural workers had to be organised first, so that it could begin to create a salinated team, as it was possible to achieve considerable success only by acting in the team. It was asked whether the applicant was ready for full-time work as a cultural organiser of the Griškana parish. It was answered that it is unfortunately impossible because the work PII “Sprudzs” is a call for life; however, participation in parish cultural life brings satisfaction and willingness to help develop and improve the parish of Griškans as a whole. Therefore, the applicant expressed his wish, in the absence of the choice of the organisers of parish cultural events, assisting and helping to organise events in the parish of Griškana.
Next to the conversation, Inara Daugule was invited, who is the leader of the dramatic group “Aizspogulija” of the Griškani parish, and has previously worked as a substitute for the cultural organiser of the Griškans parish. Inara presented her vision of the development of the Griškans parish culture, mentioning the need for attention to be paid to both the cultural house and the cultural life as a whole. It is necessary to preserve and strengthen the cultural historical heritage of the parish of Griškana, to identify the wishes of the people of Griškana parish, to promote and support the municipality's research by developing local tourism, offering tourism products based on Latvian history, culture and natural knowledge. In the process of cultural development of the Griškans civil parish, emphasis must be placed on communication between cultural workers, local youth, the rest of the population, as well as the improvement of other parish counties of Rezekne, thus creating a capacity-building team.
After negotiations with the tenderers, the Commission discussed: an interview of candidates was evaluated, their relevance to the position. After discussion, a decision was taken in the capacity of a cultural organizer of Griškana parish, with a three-month probationary period, to approve Ināra Dauguli. On the other hand, Ingai Oltiya was offered to cooperate with Griškana parish cultural organisers, helping her.
The new organizer of the cultural house has resilience, patience, the realization of surprising ideas, as well as a closer link to the parish population. It is hoped that this will also take place in the near future and the visitors OF the Griškana CN will be able to enjoy high-quality ideas on the spot.
