Guntars ants approved by the head of the educational administration

On April 21, the Rēzekne District Council, unanimously on the new head of the municipality of Rezekne, approved Guntars ants.

By presenting the concept of the development of the educational development of Rezekne, Guntars ants emphasized that education should be shared with time, so that modern technologies and world-class innovation should be more implemented in schools so that our young people are competitive not only at local but global level after completing the school. As the future head of educational administration recognised, the education field should be more focused on educational development than the preservation of schools. Similarly, Guntars ants intended to organize the school network: “To ensure that the Rēzekne municipality is alive and the“ circulatory ”, we must keep schools closer to the children's place of residence as much as possible, while secondary schools must provide a comprehensive and high-quality education that will also be achieved by the business contact points established in the four secondary schools for future and existing entrepreneurs.”

Since 2007, Guntars ants have worked in the municipality of Rezekne as a specialist in interest education. He had been a methodic AT Viļānu in the centre of children and young people, and spent five years on THE work of THE Kaunatas parish pre-school educational institution. Guntary Skudar is a Master of the University of Rezekne in pedagogy. He has conducted several international projects, including the youth exchange project “New Latvia experienced in Europe”, the youth summer educational school of the society integration fund “listen to...” as well as other projects.

The new head of the educational administration will commence the work in the next week, until which his or her candidacy will be approved in the Ministry of Education.
