1. Lease object – “Rwanda Doctorate”, lake street 30, c. Vecružina, Silmalas civil parish, Rezekne municipality, LV-4636, non-residential premises, with cadastre number 7888 004 0023 001, purpose of use - SIA “Ružina Doctorate”, tail. No. 42403010362 for operation.
2. Amount of rent EUR 0,09 (zero euro, 09 cents) per 1 m2 per month (excluding VAT).
3. Lease object - Doctorate rooms with a total area of 142 m2.
4. Lease term (years) – 30 years.
5. Lease contract No 11/2018 from 23.08.2018, 1.1.08.2018 - 31.07.2048
6. The contract was concluded in accordance with CABINET Regulation No. 97 “Provisions for the leasing of public person property” from 20.02.2018, 4.1., i.e. without arranging the auction rights auction because the object is rented for the provision of health functions.
