By decision of the Commission of 02.01.2014, amendments to the “Supply of food products for the needs of the Adamovo special boarding school” have been amended, identification No. AXIS 2013/3:

• In paragraph 5.6, the words “tenders must be submitted” and the numbers “by 28 January 2014 at noon 14-00 replaced by words and numbers until 22 January 2014 at 14-00”;
• In paragraph 5.9, after the words “opening meeting”, the words and numbers “will take place on 28 January 2014 at 14-00 replaced by words and numbers“ will take place on 22 January 2014 at 14-00 ”;
• In point 10.4, the words and numbers “do not open until 28 January 2014 at 14-00 replaced by words and numbers not to be opened until 22 January 2014 at 14-00”.

Justification – the elimination of discrepancies between THE dates of submission and opening of tenders http://www.iub.gov.lv in the contract notice published on the website of THE IUB on 20.12.2013 “Supply of food products to the needs of the Adamovo special boarding school”, identification No. AXIS 2013/3, (Annex IV.3 .4) (IV.3 .5) (IV.3 .8), and the information published on the website of the http://www.rezeknesnovads.lv of Rezekne on the procurement procedure and the deadlines laid down in the tender rules.
