Food manufacturers are invited to participate in an exchange of experience

The establishment of “rural economic development in Rēzekne municipality” (LEARN) calls on operators working in the food industry to participate in an exchange of experience on 9 February of that year. It is planned to visit the Latvian Agricultural University Food Technologies Faculty Study and Science Centre (Jelgava), where the company of Sandra Muižniece-Brasova, LLU PTF Technology and Knowledge Transfer Unit will tell the purchaser of the production of food products that are attractive to the purchaser. It is later planned to visit SIA “Zekants” (Jelgava municipality, Jaunlelaukas civil parish), where it will be possible not only to listen to the crisp “Pupuchi” product story: “from pig beans in the pocket to the spinning in the wallet”, but also to burn healthy beans and also to purchase the “Pupuchi” production.
Since the planned event is scheduled to take place at a time when the 21 st International ice sculpture festival will be held in Jelgava, then, after an exchange of experience, the event will offer the opportunity to visit this Baltic-scale winter activity.
