Meetings of the Permanent Committees of the Council of Rezekne and the meeting of the emergency council

If nothing changes in exceptional circumstances, the meetings of the Permanent Committees of the Rēzekne council shall be convened in accordance with the by-laws on 26 March 2020 in the administrative hall of the Administration.

Planned time of meetings of permanent committees:

P .9 .00 - Meeting of the Standing Committee on Territorial Permanent and Economic Development

9.9 .30 - Meeting of the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sport

P .10 .00 - Meeting of the Standing Committee on Social and Health Affairs

P .10 .30 - Meeting of the Financial Permanent Committee

As a result of certain questions, the time of meetings of permanent committees could also be shorter or longer and, consequently, disappear.

The meeting of the current Rēzekne council shall be convened in accordance with the regulations of the local government – on 2 April 2020, at 10.00, in the large hall of administration.

Attention! Following the meetings of the committees on 26 March 2020 at 11.00 is convened at the meeting of the Emergency Rēzekne council.

For a reminder, on the basis of Cabinet Order No. 103 of 12 March 2020, regarding the announcement of emergency situation, Section 4, Paragraph one, Clause 1, Clause 1 of the Civil Protection and Disaster Management Law, Section 3, Paragraph one of the Epidemiological Security Law, Section 4 of the Law on Emergency and Exceptional Status, please observe and take special precautions in accordance with the instructions of the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, in cases where a Member (employee) has been in contact with the disease “Covid-19” of the coronavir disease or with persons and contacts who have returned from the State or territory affected by Covid-19.
