Municipal SIA “Maltas apartment utility company” will be further managed by Juris Vjakse
On 17 May, a work interview with five bidders for a vacant municipal SIA “Maltas apartment utility company” (“Maltas DzKSU”) was held in the municipality OF Rezekne municipality. According to the Commission's assessment, the highest number of points was awarded to Juris Guntim Vjaksem.
Jurim Guntim Vjaksem has a higher education in the Latvian Agricultural Academy, a qualification engineer – mechanic; vocational education acquired at Latvian university in speciality “valuing and administration of real estate” is currently suspended for a period of time in the masters speciality “regional planning and administration” of the Economics Faculty of Agricultural University of Latvia. Experience and work skills have been acquired in previous workplaces: VSIA “Šampietera nams”; State Revenue Service, organising the management and management of real estate of the Ministry of Welfare and State Revenue Service in the territory of Latvia; the privatisation of residential houses in the Commission, performing the process of privatisation of the residential fund in the Balvi district; A/S “Latvian Railway” providing the company's real estate – the management of the residential fund; both the interests of entrepreneurs in representative organisations – the association “Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry”, “Rezekne Business Society”, A/S “Special Economic Zone of Rezekne”, as well as working experience in a leading position in the municipality of Rezekne. The new manager OF “Maltas JKSU” has experience in project management, the collection and analysis of technical, financial and legal information, work with regulatory enactments and documents, acquired skills in working with clients, including addressing various problematic situations.
Juris Guntis Vjakse, as a long-term successor, sees THE PSIA “Maltas DzKSU” as a profit-making company that respects the principles of good public administration and ethics in day-to-day work, ensuring continuity and transparency, efficiency and legality of the company's activities, compliance with the requirements laid down in the normative documents in all legislative areas.
Juris Guntis Vjakse's work “Maltas DzKSU” will begin with July 4.
