Municipal SIA “Maltas apartment utility company” will be managed by Janis Kravalis

As of July 12, Jānis Kravalis, a member of the board of directors OF SIA “Maltas apartment utility” (“Maltas DzKSU”). It should be recalled that after 17 May, when the work interview with the applicants for the vacant “Maltas JKSU” position was held, the highest rating was received and the vacant position was offered to Juris Guntim Vjaksem, but the selected tenderer decided to refuse, so the work was offered to the candidate with a second highest number of points – Jānis Kravalim, who agreed to assume the duties “Maltas DzKSU”, informed THE head of the administration of Maltas parish and the representative of the “Maltas DzKSU” shareholder Vitalijs ants.

Jānis Kravalis is a Master of the University of Rezekne in management science. Previously, Jānis Kravalis was the head of the Commission for Public Service Regulatory Commission Latgale Region, as well as the executive officer of the Council of Latvia's multi-disciplinary public service regulator. The new manager also has work experience as an economist and an auditor.

Jānis Kravalis emphasizes that the development of “Maltas DzKSU” is based on the team's work: “In order to be able to successfully operate and provide people with all the necessary utilities, team work must be both within the company and in partnership with the population. If citizens are disciplined on the services they receive, the company will also have the funds to invest in house management.“ The new manager believes it is important to ensure the transparency and openness of the company, so that citizens' meetings will be organised on a regular basis in multi-apartment houses, while, if there is some uncertainty, everyone is invited to write, call, or turn to “Maltas DzKSU” to get answers to questions of interest.
