Notice of felling of trees outside the forest IN THE parish OF Maltas

The municipality OF Rēzekne Municipality Maltas parish council announces that on the basis of the suggestion of the local government SIA “Maltas apartments – utility holding company”, THE parish of Maltas is planned to perform 17 tree felling, which is located at THE centre OF THE Maltas village:
1. Plot with cadastre number 78700031018:
1.1. birch – the circumference of the trunk 139 cm;
1.2. birch - stem circumference 91 cm;
1.3. birch - the circumference of the trunk 133 cm;
1.4. birch - the circumference of the trunk 133 cm;
1.5. birch - trunk circumference of 124 cm;
1.6 birch - stem circumference 100 cm;
1.7 maple - stem circumference 65 cm;
1.8 maple - stem circumference 68 cm;
1.9 maple - stem circumference 167 cm;
1.10 lapegle - stem circumference 95 cm.
2. Plot with cadastre number 78700031294:
2.1. pink birch - the circumference of the trunk 122 cm;
2.2. birch - the circumference of the trunk 68 cm;
2.3. Liepa - the circumference of the trunk 141 cm;
2.4. Liepa - the circumference of the trunk 110 cm;
2.5. Liepa - the circumference of the trunk 106 cm.
3. Plot with cadastre number 78700030998:
3.1. osis - the circumference of the trunk 110 cm;
3.2. osis - the circumference of the trunk 127 cm.
Please submit your proposals and applications to the MUNICIPALITY OF Rēzekne Municipality Maltas parish administration school 24, Malta, Maltas civil parish, Rezekne municipality in the proceedings. Start date of public consultation: 12 November 2018. The public consultation will be held until 27 November 2018.
The public consultation is carried out in accordance with the binding Regulation No 91 of the municipality of Rēzekne of 15 November 2012 “on tree felling outside the forest in Rēzekne municipality”.
