Notification regarding the results of the auction rights auction of the land unit of the unbuilt local government with cadastre designation 7894 002 0089 Stružānu

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 20 June 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit with cadastre designation 7894 002 0089 Stružānu parish lease” (Protocol No 14, § 11), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to conclude a land lease for the land unit with cadastre designation 7894 002 0089 with an area of 1 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the rental right of the object of the initial lease fee of EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight euros 00 cents) per year without VAT. Duration of contract 19.08.2019 – 18.08.2031.
