Announcement of a real estate auction SIA “Silent warmth”

1. Subject of the auction: immovable property “autogarage -1”, cadastre No 78940020199001. The real estate consists of garages of 476,6 square metres. The land owner is a local government and is not sold. Auction starting price 2403.02 EURO (two thousand four hundred three euros, 02 cents) and auction step – 100.00 EURO (one hundred euros, 00 cents). Membership fee 15,00 EUR (fifteen euro, 00 cents).

5. The participants in the auction shall pay a security of 10% of the notional price and the membership fee to be paid to the local government SIA in the current account “Swedbank”, bank code: HABALV22, account: LV83HABA 0551042791237. The membership fee is not reimbursed.
6. The winner of the auction shall pay the proposed price for the promised auction subject, deducting from its collateral money, the local government SIA “Silent heat” in the current account a/s “Swedbank”, bank code: HABALV22, account: LV83HABA 0551042791237 until 18 June 2019.
