Notification regarding the draft tariff for water supply and sewerage of local government SIA Maltas
The municipality SIA “Maltas apartment-utility holding company” (VRN 42403000932, legal address parka street 10, Malta, Maltas parish, Rēzekne municipality LV-4630) submitted to the municipality of Rēzekne on 30 January 2020 (release alley 95a, Rezekne, LV 4601) a new tariff for water supply and sewerage services, which has been calculated on the basis of the binding Regulation No 82 of the municipality of Rēzekne of 2 March 2017 “Procedures for the provision and use of public water services in the municipality of Rezekne”.

The proposed tariff could enter into force on 1 March 2020.
Tariff changes are related to changes in electricity prices, taxes (e.g. natural resource tax), changes in wages (minimum hourly rate changes), depreciation of fixed assets (the value and number of fixed assets have increased).
