Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0131 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 19 December 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit with cadastre designations 7844 003 0131, 7844 003 0262 Bērzgales parish lease” (No. 28, § 9) Land lease agreement No 8.7.1/22 on 8 January 2020, the land unit transferred to the lease with the status “land unit of the municipality” with cadastre designation 7844 003 0131 0.65 ha. The contract shall be valid from 8 January 2020 to 7 January 2032.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0131 is located in Vornaiši, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. The rent of the land promised by the auction for the land unit of EUR 31,00 (excluding VAT); the purpose of the lease – agriculture; the lessee – a legal person.
