Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0134 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 5 September 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0134 Bērzgales parish lease” (No. 20, § 4), land lease contract No. 8.7.1/810 entered into on 20 September 2019, land units transferred to the municipality with the status “part of the land unit of jurisdiction” by cadastre designation 7844 003 0134 in the area of 2.50 ha. The contract shall be valid from 20 September 2019 to 19 September 2031.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0134 is located in Mazikos, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. Rent of the land promised in the auction for part of the unit of land per year 36,00 EUR (excluding VAT); purpose of leasing – agriculture; tenant – legal person.
