Notification of the lease of land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0169 IN parish Bērzgales

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 5 September 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit part of the land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0169 Bērzgales parish lease” (No. 20, § 3), land lease agreement No 8.7.1/811 concluded on 20 September 2019, land units transferred to the municipality with the status “land unit of the municipality” with cadastre designation 7844 003 0169 in the area of 1.10 ha. The contract shall be valid from 20 September 2019 to 19 September 2031.
The land unit with cadastre designation 7844 003 0169 is located in Vornaiši, Bērzgales parish, Rezekne municipality; purpose of use – land on which the main economic activity is agriculture (code 0101); encumbrances – border, difficulty access to the land unit. Rent of the land promised by the auction for part of the unit of land per year of EUR 31,00 (excluding VAT); purpose of leasing – agriculture; tenant – legal person.
