Notification of the results of the auction of land unit with cadastre designation 7888 015 0249 IN the parish OF Silmalas

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 17 October 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit with cadastre designations 7888 015 0249, 7888 004 0102 and 7888 010 0171 Silmalas parish, the lease rights auction” (Protocol No 23, § 20), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to enter into a land lease contract with cadastre designation 7888 015 0249 with a cadastre designation of 7888 015 0249 with an area of 1,5 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the rental right of the object of the initial lease fee of EUR 59.00 (fifty-nine euros 00 cents) per year without VAT. Duration of contract 21.11.2019 – 30.11.2031.
