Notification regarding the results of the auction of land unit with cadastre designation 7846 009 0097 in the parish OF Čornajas

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 19 September 2019 on the “Laguna P” part of the land unit of the municipality, with cadastre designation 7846 009 0097 Čornajas parish lease “(Protocol No 21, § 9), Commission Protocol No 6 of 1 October 2019, land lease agreement No 8.7.1/927 of 21 October 2019. The lease has been transferred to the municipality of Rezekne, a non-built land, part of the land unit“ Laguna P ”with cadastre designation 7846 009 0097 – 9.50 ha. The rent fixed in the auction is 211,00 EUR (two hundred and eleven EUR, 00 cents) per year (excluding VAT). The Agreement shall enter into force on 21 October 2019 and shall expire on 31 October 2031.
