Non-formal training of adventure travel

14.03.2019

Education

On 11 and 12 March, an informal training of Award adventure was held at the Central School of Verham, involving young people from the Primary School of Verham, the 5 th Secondary School of Rezekne and the Award units of the Priedral Primary School. Young people took the necessary skills so that they could go on their two - and three-day adventure travel.
Thanks to the support of the red cross organization, national guardsmen and youth guards, young people learned the first aid, navigation, travel route development, and other important skills.
The camp was also enriched by a meeting with inspiring personalities, Christop Rasim and Guntie Rasim. Guntis encouraged young people not to be afraid, to be active in creative and physical fields. Christop, on the other hand, taught young people how to overcome stress tests in moments, helping each to understand their improvisation and impartiality. Christop also emphasized that these abilities can be reflected in a large extent if young people are knowledgeable and read much.
For two days he did not notice. Wish all awardans to carry out their intended adventure trips!
