The masterclass “sauna training”, which took part IN Maltas high school young people from Classes 8 to 12, was led by the pirates Nellija and Andris Kishchenko. Their piracy is a heartbeat since childhood, so the pursuit is accompanied by a desire to provide unforgettable feelings to everyone in the vicinity of a charming pine forest, making it possible for visitors to provide the goods of trees and vegetable products that are growing in the surroundings. In the first ritual, the energy of the ancient white sign system is applied and various types of massage – vacuum massage, amber Massage, foot Massage, Massage with wood elements etc. – are also used, as is the case in the sauna with clay, sludge, honey and other types of local natural products.
In a masterclass, a professional pirate introduced pupils with sauna art, explaining the importance of the sauna not only in hygiene but also in the maintenance of human health. The pirate explained and demonstrated how it would be necessary to prepare for the sauna, how to initiate it, and what benefits a man could derive from the sauna. Young people have learned that the procedures to be performed in the sauna are very different, but it is recommended that a complete ritual is performed in order to achieve the greatest effect, which is approximately five hours long and includes both shopping and repetitive massage with scraps and relapsing. It was interesting to find out: virtually all the trees and grass that were growing in nature could be used by sauna rituals. Taking into account the particular broom, account should be taken of what is necessary for the peripient of this broom, such as the oral administration of sodium brooms, the use of rheumatism, bone pain, neuralgia, eczema, the tonnisation of the skin, and, regular oral administration of sodium, low blood pressure. Of course, young people had a series of questions about the sauna rituals that they had traditionally regarded as simple but, more deeply, their deep philosophy, the complex content and the wide range of possibilities are revealed.
The most courageous young people were allowed to be models for the demonstration of purchasing techniques.
It was interesting for many of the present to learn that the sailor had to be studying for 2 years and then followed by learning and experience in life, as a good sailor had to learn all his life, also after the status of a pirate. The discovery, not only for young people, but also for teachers, was that there was a first school in Rezekne, in which a pirate's certificate could be obtained.
The masterpiece “sauna training” was organised under the European Social Fund project No 8.3.5.0/16/I/001 “career support in the framework of general and vocational education institutions”.
