2. Auction starting price (notional price) EUR 362.21 (three hundred sixty-two euros 21 cents), auction step 5.00 (five euro cents).
3. All tenderers wishing to participate in the auction shall lodge a security of EUR 36.00 (thirty-six euros 00 cents) and a registration fee OF EUR 5.00 (five euro cents) in the bank account specified in the auction rules.
