Information to be published regarding the results of the auction of unbuilt land lease rights IN parish Maltas

The unit “Maltas parish board” of the municipality of Rezekne declares that, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 5 March 2020 “on the lease of land for the completion of land reform with cadastre designation 7870 001 0121 and 7870 001 0124 Maltas parish lease” (Protocol No 7.8. §), on 20 March 2020, the auction result approval Commission Protocol No 1, on 30 March 2020, a real estate lease contract No 8.7.1/198 has been concluded, the land units with cadastre designation 7870 001 0121 area of 0,20 ha, the rented initial fee OF EUR 28,00 (excluding VAT) per year and the land units with cadastre designation 7870 001 0124, the area of 0,76 ha, and the land unit with the cadastre designation of EUR 29,00 per year (excluding VAT). The contract shall enter into force on 30.03. 2020 and shall be valid until 20.03.2032.
