Information to be published regarding the results of the lease auction of real estate premises IN Kaunatas civil parish

The unit “Maltas parish association” of the municipality of Rezekne states that the unit “Ozolaines parish administration” declares that, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne municipality of 19 September 2019 on the unbuilt land units of the municipality with cadastre designation 7876 002 0048 “lease rights auction” (Protocol No 21,11. §), the Commission Protocol No 1 of 24 October 2019, on 4 November 2019, a land lease contract No. 8.7.1/964 has been concluded, the land transferred to the municipality with cadastre designation 7876 002 0048 in the area of 2.55 ha is transferred to the municipality. The price of the land lease is EUR 179.00 per year excluding VAT. The contract shall enter into force on 04.11.2019 and shall be valid until 30.11.2031.
