Information to be published regarding the results of the lease auction of real estate premises IN Kaunatas civil parish

As a result of the auction held in Rēzekne Municipality AT Kaunatas on 9 September 2019, the rental right of the auction object – the real estate premises (workshop) – was acquired for 10 years:
- for the space with cadastre designation 7862 005 0548 001, 356,80 m ² in width and with cadastre designation 7862 005 0548 002, 105,10 m ² in width as the sole participant in the auction z/s “old parks”, for EUR 0,15 (excluding VAT) per m ² per month;
- for space with cadastre designation 7862 005 0548 002, 55,90 m ² in width as the sole bidder of the auction, Vasilijs Kablanovs, for EUR 0,15 (excluding VAT) per m ² per month;
- for the space with cadastre designation 7862 005 0548 002, 108,90 m ² in width as the sole participant in the auction Anatolijs Jershavs, for EUR 0,15 (excluding VAT) per m ² per month;
- for space with cadastre designation 7862 005 0548 003, 260,20 m ² in width as the sole bidder of Aivars Broliams, for EUR 0,15 (excluding VAT) per m ² per month.
 
As a result of the auction held in the municipality of Rezekne ON 10 September 2019, the auction object – immovable property space, with cadastre designation 7862 005 0303 003 003 003 003 003 003 003 003, as the only bidder of the auction is acquired by Dace Baltfoe, for EUR 1.07 (excluding VAT) per m ² per month.
