Information to be published regarding the results of the land lease auction of the local government IN Kaunatas civil parish

As a result of the auction held at Rēzekne Municipality IN Kaunatas parish on 7 October 2019, the auction facility — Rezekne Municipality's unbuilt land unit, with cadastre designation 7862 007 0035, 2.10 ha, including agricultural land 1,70 ha, lease rights for 12 years as the sole participant in the auction shall be acquired by Ilgvars Leiņa, for EUR 42.00 (excluding VAT) per year.
