Information to be published regarding the results of the lease auction of the land subject to the local government IN THE parish Sakstagala

On the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 17 October 2019 “on the unbuilt land unit of the municipality with cadastre designations 7886 005 0206, 7886 002 0501, 7886 002 0069 Sakstagala parish” (Protocol No 23, § 19, paragraph 3), in accordance with the results of the auction process, the right to enter into a land lease agreement with the cadastre designation 7886 002 0501 with an area of 0,72 ha was obtained by a natural person who promised the lease of the object of the initial lease fee of EUR 28,00 (twenty-eight euros 00 cents) per year without VAT. Duration of contract 04.11.2019 – 04.11.2031.
