Information to be published regarding the results of the lease rights of the land unit with cadastre designation 7862 002 0087 in Kaunatas parish, Rēzekne municipality

• As a result of the auction held in the municipality of Rēzekne ON 10 June 2019, the land units of the auction facility, the municipality of Rezekne, with cadastre designation 7862 002 0087 2.50 ha, were acquired by the sole bidder with a land lease fee OF EUR 41,00 (forty-one euros 00 cents) (excluding VAT) per year.
the lease contract of the auctioned land unit was concluded with Ilmārs Inkins for a period of 12 (twelve) years.
