Information to be published regarding the disbursement of the lease rights of unbuilt land units intended for completion of land reform IN parish Feimaņu

1. Object of auctioning – Land unit of the municipality of Rezekne with cadastre designation 7852 005 0421
2. Auction starting price 70.00 EUR (seventy euro 00 cents).
3. All bidders wishing to participate in the auction shall lodge a security of EUR 70.00 (seventy euros 00 cents) and a membership fee of 15,00 EURO (fifteen euro cents).
4. Time and place of application of applicants - until 4 December 2019, at 16:00, municipality of Rezekne Municipality IN THE parish administration of Feimaņu, address: “parish house”, Feimaņi, Feimaņu parish, Rezekne municipality, LV–4623.
5. Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
6. Place and date of the auction – Feimaņu parish administration premises, “parish house”, Feimaņi, Feimaņu civil parish, Rēzekne municipality, 5 December 2019, at noon 10:00.
