Pušas parish administration sells real estate “People's House” at auction

The municipality OF Rēzekne Municipality Pušas parish administration replaces the real estate “People's House” in a repeated oral auction with an upward step with cadastre designation No 7880 004 0314, consisting of a plot of land with cadastre designation 7880 004 0314 0.96 ha and non-residential buildings (People's House) with cadastre designation 7880 004 0314 001, property located at Lake Street 2, Pušas village, Pušas parish, Rēzekne municipality.
The auctioning rules may be met and received AT Pušas parish administration, parka street 1, Pušas parish, Rēzekne municipality, Pušas parish administration premises at Pušas parish administration in working days from at noon 8.00 to 12.00 12.00 and from 12.30 to 16.00 and electronically in the home page of the municipality of Rezekne www.reseknesse.lv.
The notional price of the object to be auctioned – EUR 7398,93 (seven thousand three hundred ninety-eight euros 93 cents) shall be 10 % of the notional price of the immovable property, i.e. EUR 739,89 (seven hundred thirty-nine euros, 89 cents) registration fee – EUR 14.23 (fourteen euros, 23 cents).
The auction will take place in Park Street 1, Pušas parish, Rēzekne municipality on 12 August 2014 at 10.00.
The participants of the auction shall be registered IN THE parish administration OF Pušas, parka street 1, Pušas village, Pušas parish, Rēzekne District, in the office of the Rēzekne until 12 August 2014 at noon. 9.00. Registration time - in working days from at 8.00 to 12.00 12.00 and from 12.30 to 16.00

The registration fee and the amount of the security shall be credited to the LOCAL government account OF the municipality of Rezekne Pušas parish administration ACCOUNT AS SEB bank, bank code UNLALV2X, account Nr: LV40UNLA0050019816455 or to be paid into THE parish management board OF Pušas.
