One of the known phrases in the context of the creativity is: “all that could be invented is already invented” – it was said by the HEAD of THE U.S. Patent Office, Charles Duel, in 1899. Do we still need something new to be invented today, or can we use alternative approaches to the development of competitive solutions and the development of creative activity? How do i use my internal creative resources to start a small business? Work at home and export your business to all countries in the world – could it be my story? The practical side of the response will be found IN THE CREATIVE NON-WORKSHOP aimed at encouraging the people of Rezekne to see more opportunities for the implementation of new business, social, cultural, educational and other ideas for the development of their welfare, local community and economic development.
